Allow us to give a quick background on us. We are a family owned company. Our family has been investors for over 30-years. As property owners, we have hired and worked with property managers in Las Vegas, Utah county, Salt Lake county, Iron county, and Davis county. Working with so many property managers has allowed us to see some good systems and procedures and has also helped us know what is important to property owners. We have pulled from these experiences as we have designed our management company with a focus on property exposure and client communication. We haven’t forgotten that our customer is the real estate investor and so we focus on filling your units with quality tenants and providing excellent communication so you always know what is going on in your investment. We want to protect your asset so we do credit and background checks on all tenants, give tenants electronic payment options, we have a tenant portal for needed repairs or other items that need to be tracked. We do all move in / move out walk through, manage all maintenance, and inspect the properties every 6 months. We will communicate with you as much, or as little, as you like.
We provide multiple reports on a monthly and annual basis and will pay whatever reoccurring bills you want including HOA and property taxes to give you as close to turn key investment experience as you want. We will focus on managing and maintaining your investment property so you can focus on what you do best and not worry about your rental property.
